These terms and conditions of sale apply to any order you place through https://shop.neptuneswimmingpools.com. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions of sale in their entirety. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

General

Neptune Swimming Pools is a trading name of Campbell Pools Limited  (Company number: 07409223). All transactions related to this website are governed by English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Order

Please note that completing the online checkout does not mean we have accepted your order. Acceptance only occurs when we dispatch the product(s) or begin providing the services you have requested. Until that point, Neptune Swimming Pools reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Occasionally, we may need to cancel an order if incorrect information has been published on our website, such as errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded as soon as reasonably possible using your original payment method.

Prices and Payment

All prices on our website are listed in British Pounds (£), and the total amount payable will be clearly displayed at checkout. Full payment is required for all products before your order is dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated timescales will vary depending on the products ordered and the delivery address. Free delivery is available for orders within mainland England, Wales, and selected Scottish postcodes. See our Delivery page for more information.

While we aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays or losses resulting from late delivery. If delivery or supply of your product(s) or service(s) is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as material shortages, import delays, or unexpectedly high demand, we will do our best to keep you informed, but we will not be liable for any such delays or failures.

Cancellations and Returns

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, we will be happy to provide a refund, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. Please complete our online returns form.

Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, or if items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue so we can arrange a refund or replacement. Alternatively, you can complete our online returns form. Please note that we may require the faulty/damaged item to be returned before issuing a refund or exchange.
