Instructions	<p>If algae is present prior to application, it is recommended that it is treated before adding Lo-Chlor Algaecide. Shock dose the pool with a suitable chlorine shock and run filtration for 24 hours.</p> <p>Ensure bathing has ceased before applying this product.</p> <p>Adjust pH to 7.0-7.2.</p> <p>Clean pool thoroughly by brushing the walls and floor and vacuum these areas and filter as normal.</p> <p>Following the dose rate table add the required dose to water in a suitable clean plastic bucket. With the circulation running evenly distribute around the pool.</p> <p>Continue to circulate the pool water for 24 hours, do not add any other chemicals during this period.</p> <p>Maintain pH between 7.2 – 7.6.</p> <p>Bathing can resume after 1 full turnover of swimming pool water, typically 4-5 hours.</p> <p><strong>Caution<em>:</em></strong> When dosing the product excessive copper concentrations may stain hair and swimwear as well as discolour pool surfaces!!</p> <p>For perfect pool water, it is recommended that Lo-Chlor Algaecide is used in conjunction with one of our phosphate removal products such as Lo-Chlor Starver® and Starver® X. Removing phosphates, prior to adding Pool Algaecide, ensures the product remains effective for longer.</p> <p> </p>
